Are you a female student or young researcher ready to take the next step in your career? Join us for an exclusive Female Career Workshop at Nexperia, a leading global semiconductor company with a state-of-the-art production site in the heart of Hamburg.

This interactive event is tailored to empower women as they prepare to enter the job market. You'll gain valuable insights into working at Nexperia, sharpen your application skills, and receive direct feedback from HR and technical professionals.

Agenda:

· Welcome and Introduction (30 minutes)
Get to know Nexperia – our values, mission, and how we support women in tech. We’ll also walk you through the agenda for the afternoon.

· Company Tour (60 minutes)
Discover our Hamburg production site. Experience our innovative technologies up close and learn about career paths in engineering, production, and beyond.

· Career Workshop Sessions (2 x 60 minutes)
Small groups ensure personalized feedback:

· CV Check
Bring your CV and receive individual feedback from our recruiters. Learn how to highlight your strengths and make your application stand out.

· Interview Best Practices
Get tips on how to present yourself in an interview.

Each group will rotate between sessions after 60 minutes.

· Wrap-up and Networking (30 minutes)
Round off the day with informal networking. Connect with female professionals from Nexperia and get inspired by their career stories.
