In this one-hour workshop, you will learn how to build a network strategically—so you can identify the right people, places, and opportunities and connect in a way that truly supports your academic and career goals.

Together we will develop a simple networking strategy that fits your stage and interests, including:
- how to define your goals (study, research, industry)
- how to map your network and find relevant target groups
- how to choose the best opportunities (events, projects, associations, mentors)
- how to plan outreach and follow-up at a sustainable pace
- how to track progress and adjust your plan over time

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a realistic networking plan you can use immediately—whether you’re a bachelor, master, or PhD student.
