¡Hola! Welcome to the Spanish Language Café!

Many students at Universität Hamburg have learned Spanish and many students here hail from South and Latin America or Spain. How would you like some language exchange?

Have you have just returned from a semester abroad and would like to brush up on your language skills? Or you are planning a trip and would like to get your Spanish into shape. Or you just feel like learning some Spanish— just stop by: we’re the right place for you!

The café is not a Spanish class we simply talk in Spanish. We help you feel more confident when you speak and learn new vocabulary and idioms.

There are many exciting topics we can talk about: culture, literature, music, food, everyday life, news, film, history, and a lot more. We always prepare something, so it’s never boring. We also welcome your input. Whatever we talk about, it will be fun for you to talk to native speakers and others learning the language.
