When conducting a literature search for your term paper, you need to find a small number of relevant resources in an infinite pool of texts. You need to know what you are looking for and how knowledge is organized in your discipline. Our workshop teaches you how to look for relevant literature systematically. You will conduct a realistic literature search for a fictional term paper in educational science. This involves developing a research strategy, finding useful keywords, and deciding how to document your search in a way that is useful to you.

This course is offered by the Universitätskolleg’s writing center .
