  • 4:00 p.m.
  • 6:00 p.m.
PIASTA, Rentzelstraße 17, conference room on the ground floor, How to find us, Accessibility information

At the University of Hamburg students and doctoral candidates think, read, plan, write and revise in several languages. Many people are not explicitly aware of multilingualism in academic writing, but it has a major impact on the writing process.

What does multilingualism mean? Which situations correspond to multilingualism? How can multilingualism be utilised as a potential in writing? We will deal with these topics in the workshop.

We are also happy to receive further suggestions for topics from the participants. Please send your suggestions and questions in advance to: noelle.nowack@uni-hamburg.de

Students and doctoral candidates from all disciplines who would like to discuss multilingualism in the writing process are invited.
