Welcome Event: Queer Section

AStA’s Queer section at Universität Hamburg is an open, student-organized space for students of all sexual orientations, preferences, and gender identities. Every semester there are weekly events such as game evenings, queer cinema, and cocktail evenings as well as safer space events for FLINTA* and BIPOC. In addition, the Queer section organizes various workshops, lectures, and events on queer feminist and anti-racist topics as well as a colorful program for Christopher Street Day. Furthermore, the Queer section is politically active (incl. in higher education) and well connected with many queer institutions.
