This themed week is inspired by this wonderful diversity! Explore how foods are used around the world as a way to express culture. During this week, we will look at how different cooking practices, eating customs and ingredients influence and impact people around the world. Different kinds of local or regional cuisines often have a historical journey to present-day enjoyment - as well as sharing hidden similarities or uses with other cultures and societies.
