Moin Moin! Welcome to Northern Germany!

Are you new to Hamburg? If so, then welcome!

You have probably already heard—in Hamburg, we say “Moin!” But where do we say “Moin Moin!”? We will unlock this mystery and show you that northern Germany has more to offer than just fish sandwiches and rainy skies.

Northern Germany is tucked between 2 seas. You can discover the Wadden Sea (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), learn how to kiteboard, or just take a stroll along the dam. Northern Germany is made for nature lovers! Are you interested in sightseeing, history, and culture? Check out the archaeological sites where the Vikings lived in the early Middle Ages or visit the stunning, historical Hanseatic city of Lübeck.

Just stop by and become a fan of northern Germany! Snacks, drinks, new people, and a hearty welcome await!

Catering: During the event, various North German snacks (vegetarian and vegan) such as Franzbrötchen, Zwieback, rote Grütze, and various sweets will be available. In addition, various soft drinks like tea, coffee, or sodas will be provided.

Language: The event will be held in German and/or English, so feel free to participate, regardless of the language. Our team of tutors will also be happy to speak with you in many other languages!
