We invite you to try out yoga with us. Relaxation is our main focus. It does not matter if you are unsure whether yoga is for you or if you do not consider yourself athletic—everyone is welcome!
Guided by a qualified yoga instructor, you will have the opportunity to discover exercises that you can use to balance out your daily study routine. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, get to know other students, and chat about shared interests. Leave stress and criticism at the door, and simply take these two hours to do something good for yourself.
Wear something comfortable (e.g., sweatpants) and bring a blanket or warm sweater so that you do not get cold during the relaxation phase. It is also a good idea to have a bottle of water with you. We have yoga mats you can use here.
Language: The event will be held in German and/or English—feel free to participate regardless of the language. Our team of tutors will also be happy to speak with you in many other languages!
