Landungsbrücken train station (U- and S-Bahn), on the footbridge right in front of the main entrance

Hey! Would you like to discover Hamburg’s harbor on a cool city tour? Find out about the harbor’s fascinating history and its importance to the largest German sea port. We will take the ferry through the impressive harbor landscape, show you the charming old Elbe tunnel, and tell you a few interesting stories about the fishing trade in Hamburg.

Of course, we will check out the Elbe beach at the end of the tour.

This is a perfect opportunity for students who want an informative and entertaining experience. So join us and discover the harbor up close!

Note: To take the ferry, you need a Hamburg Public Transport Association (HVV) ticket. Using your semester public transport pass or any other HVV ticket (e.g., a day pass or weekly pass), you can take not only buses and trains but also ferries. If you do not have a semester public transport pass or another ticket, you can also buy one on the tour.

Language: The event will be held in German and/or English— feel free to participate regardless of the language. Our team of tutors will also be happy to speak with you in many other languages!

Contact and information: If you have any questions, contact the Cultural Events and Leisure Activities team. Find further information about us and our program on the PIASTA website.

We look forward to your participation!
