Home Alone? Protecting your mental health in the digital semester

Tue,

24.11.2020

  • 2:15 p.m.
  • 3:00 p.m.
We will email you the Zoom invitation link on the day of the event.

Working and learning digitally is challenging. We spend all day in front of a screen, while the boundary between our work and our leisure time blurs. Days, weeks, and months go by without us seeing our fellow students or teachers in person. Structure to the day? Motivation to work? None. Together, we will explore the concrete psychological struggles we might face in the digital semester. We will talk about the insights we gained during our counseling work with students during Summer Semester 2020 and provide you with tips and suggestions for Winter Semester 2020/21.

This event is offered by the Center for Academic Advising and Psychological Counseling.
