Are dogs, cats, and cows more than just animals to you? Do you know all the yoga poses by heart and always have your yoga mat with you? Don’t worry if you just had to shake your head no. Because Yoga at PIASTA is for everyone!

We invite you to try out yoga with us. It doesn’t matter whether you have experience with yoga, whether your back or shoulders and neck are tight right now, or whether you think you’re athletic—everyone is welcome! Guided by a qualified yoga instructor, you will have the opportunity to discover exercises that you can use to balance out your daily study routine. Leave stress and criticism at the door. and simply take these two hours to do something good for yourself.

What do I need to bring with me?

  • Comfortable clothing (e.g., sweatpants etc.)
  • Also, bring a blanket or at least a warm sweater / warm clothes so you do not get cold during the relaxation phase.
  • It is also a good idea to have a bottle of water with you.
  • We ask that you bring your own yoga mat. If you cannot bring a mat, you can use one of ours—we have 10 yoga mats here.

We hope to see you at the next yoga session!
