Seeing how stressful studying online can be, we thought a bit of music couldn’t hurt! Music from across cultures can take you on a journey from the commodity of your room, and that is what this event is about! We will be discussing various genres of music and doing activities that hold the music’s essence. Some music is made to be danced to, some is made to empower the poetry of its lyrics, while some does not have lyrics at all. Join us on our journey through the myriad of facets that music can offer, every 4th Thursday of the month!

This time: We will talk about musical instruments from all over the world and also hear a short live performance. Which musical instruments are often played in Asia? What interesting oriental musical instruments exist? What instruments are played in your culture? We will discuss these and many other questions together.
