The term resilience describes the ability to adapt to new situations, even when things get difficult. People with a high level of resilience can deal well with such situations and emerge stronger. They can control their emotions, adapt to setbacks and maintain a positive attitude even under pressure. In resilience training, you will learn various methods and techniques to strengthen your resilience.

Learning objectives:

  • We clarify what resilience is and which factors and skills can help you to overcome challenging situations.
  • We identify typical and personal stress factors, learn and reflect on methods to reduce stress and promote calmness.
Target group: International students of the MIN faculty and in teacher training
